Summer schedule continues thru the end of July:

Wednesdays 10-11am BELONG Faith & Flow
​ @ the Ashland Kroc Center
Multi-generational, all-levels, faith-based, Christ-centered stretching and strengthening flow. Both mat and chair options offered and demonstrated.
$7/walk-in or $60 class pass/10 classes & free to Kroc Center members. Silver Sneakers friendly. Playcare option free to members & $2 non-members.

Faith-based, Christian devotional yoga & Vinyasa-based slow flow yoga basics. No registration needed.
First class FREE! No charge to AU students.
