Welcome to our very first edition of our monthly newsletter with our summer calendar and other inspiration for your embodied journey!

June/July Schedule

We are on our summer schedule, which means Wednesday classes only. Here's our calendar with some cancellations in June:

Wednesdays 10am BELONG Faith&Flow @Ashland Kroc Center
Will meet: June 3, 10, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
NO CLASSES: June 17 & 24

Wednesdays 5:15pm BELIEVE Faith&Flow @AU Lower Chapel
Will meet: June 3, 10, 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
NO CLASS: June 17
Note that if the weather is "perfect" and the mosquitoes aren't biting, we might move outside to the small garden at the east side of the Chapel.

We start back MID- September!! Faith&Flow classes start back Wed, Sept 16th with two options: BELONG :: Wednesdays 10-11am @Kroc CenterMulti-generational, all-levels, faith-based, Christ-centered stretching and strengthening flow. Both mat and chair options offered and demonstrated. Silver Sneakers friendly. Team taught with Kim Boyd.$7/walk-in or $60 class pass/10 classes & free to Kroc Center members.
